Femtosecond pump-probe spectral interferometry with high spatial resolution using the solid immersion lens

説明

Dynamic changes in spatially localized optical absorption and refractive index of vanadyl phthalocyanine thin films were measured by femtosecond Fourier transform spectral interferometry. A solid immersion lens was used to improve the spatial resolution down to 840 nm.
