説明
A case of clonorchiasis is presented with rare films of percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography disclosing many small filling defects in moderately dilated intrehapatic bile ducts with a hazy appearance, which was probably due to mucous exudate. Conventional therapy with oral chloroquine and intravenous stibunal, and direct instillation of stibunal in the intrahepatic bile ducts failed to expel the flukes. A therapeutic trial with small doses of hetol and toluene-2,4-diisothiocyanate, an analogue of Jonit, proved successful.
