THz 3D imaging with phase-shifting interferometry
説明
We have performed two kinds of terahertz (THz) 3D imaging with a continuous-wave (CW) source and phase-shifting interferometry. In the first one, THz computed tomography (CT), the phase information has been utilized to reconstruct the CT image instead of utilizing the line-of-sight absorption. We show that the method minimized the artificial effect due to the reflection or diffraction at the structural boundaries. The second, the depth imaging, has utilized the phase information for imaging the surface features of reflecting materials.
