Measurement of Two Orthogonal Components of Electric Field Using Second Harmonic Generation Combined with Electro-Optic Effect

Second harmonic generation combined with an electro-optic effect is investigated to measure two orthogonal components of an electric field with a pair of KTiOPO 4 crystals. Experimental measurements show that the phase matching condition can be effectively used for such application.
