説明
Summary
Three cases of Pseudo‐Frohlich's syndrome are reported, among whom two are siblings of a consanguine marriage. In both families, strong inheritance of morbid traits is found including neuropsychiatric disorders. The pathogenesis of the development of obesity is discussed in connection with hyperphagia, a disorder of feeding behavior, which is suspected to be caused by a hereditary functional disorder of the hypothalamus as suggested by the abnormal E.E.G. findings.
