Autonomous decentralized database system restructuring for achieving timeliness
Description
Summary form only given. The companies are providing services through the Internet to large number and uncertain customers. The customers require one-click service and their preferences changes dynamically. Hence, the database systems support e-business processes required to be timeliness and adaptable to the changing preferences. Autonomous decentralized database system (ADDS) is already proposed as architecture for achieving these needs. An autonomous mobile agent based coordination has been proposed to achieve exibility in a highly dynamic environment. Further, the system is provided with autonomous reconstruction to coordinate the heterogeneous requirements when the size of the system increases. Based on an autonomous restructure mobile agent (RMA), which autonomously determines how many sites and which site should be restructured to improve the response time, this technique can adapt the system to the evolving situation dynamically for achieving timeliness. A simulation shows the effectiveness of the proposed technique in large-scale system.
