Discuss and Criticize "Black" or Negative Aspects of Banking University HCM City Viet Nam, At State Professor Council (HDGSNN), at Thanh Nien and Tuoi Tre Newspapers from China, Australian and the US Laws Approach

Abstract: First, in this study we highly blame: Tuoitre.vn and Thanhnien.vn (Vietnam online newspapers) has violated laws (slander or defamation) till 2022 they try to damage reputation of scientists in Vietnam, in HCM city. And publishing fake news during 2015-2022 period which cause damages and troubles for Vietnam society. Next we criticize education crimes such as: hindering scientific researches and create obstacles for science development at Banking University HCM City Vietnam (fake Rector – Nguyễn Đức Trung and fake Doctor-Lê Đình Hạc, and Vũ Thị Thu Hà at Postgraduate department) as well as at HDGSNN (State professor Council – fake fucking guy/Professor Trần Thọ Đạt and fake Professor Nguyễn Đông Phong in Economics). These fucking guys are trying to hinder our science development. Then, we also use legal terms FROM CHINA and THE US LAWS APPROACH. There are ideas to solve this issue even using Criminal Act Law as they will cause bad effects including disinformation, disorder and misleading community and society.
