説明
Abstract The intrinsic Josephson effects in the c-axis directions in large Bi2Sr2CaCu2Oy (BSCCO) single crystals have been studied. The large single crystal under 9 GHz microwave irradiation showed an rf-induced current peak on the I-V characteristic. The voltage at the peak increased proportionally to √P, where P is the microwave power. This indicates that the current peak is caused by the motion of fluxons introduced into the intrinsic Josephson junctions in the crystal by microwave, i.e. flux-flow.
