ParaCook: Optimal Cooking Support System for Multiple Dishes

Description
In recent years, the number of users who cook their own food has been increasing, and there is demand for an optimal cooking procedure that includes multiple dishes. However, each user's cooking skill/environment is different, and the optimal cooking procedure varies from user to user. Thus, it is difficult for users to think about optimal cooking procedures. In the present study, we propose a system for presenting the optimal cooking procedure in parallel cooking with multiple recipes depending on the cooking environment and skills of the user. The proposed system allows users to search for the optimal cooking procedure by selecting an arbitrary number of recipes that they want to perform, and during the cooking tasks, the system recognizes each cooking task using depth cameras, and presents the cooking task to be performed at that time and obtains the time required by the user for each cooking task.
