1/f phase and correlation noises in transmission media and a frequency noise reduction method in an oscillator
説明
Phase and amplitude fluctuations are analyzed in a one-dimensional transmission line and diffusion process of the minority carriers in the base of a bipolar transistor. Both noise measurements were also carried out in a bipolar transistor and a possible method is discussed to decrease the noise. The frequency and current fluctuations and their correlation were also measured in a phase shift transistor oscillator. The spectra are of 1/f type and both are correlated. A demonstration was carried out to reduce the frequency fluctuation and a useful method to reduce the fluctuation is proposed in an oscillator.
