Ultrafast modulation of resonant light and transient wave mixing in semiconductor quantum wells
説明
A density matrix approach is employed to investigate a high speed all-optical modulation process in semiconductor quantum wells. The effect of nonlinear wave-mixing on the modulation process due to asymmetricity of the system is also discussed.
