Description
Data related to work "Approaching the Intrinsic Properties of Moiré Structures Using Atomic Force Microscopy Ironing". Data related to the study of the effect of AFM ironing on the interlayer emission of the MoS2/MoSe2 heterostructures. OPJ (or OPJU) are provided for each figure in the manuscript main text only. Photoluminescence(PL) maps for each individual sample are provided in txt files, from which spectras were selected for further analysis. There is a separate folder for the PL data and the Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM) data for each sample. AFM data corresponding to each sample and each ironing force is stored in separate files for each dynamic and contact mode scan. The PL Map file name contains the excitation power, excitation wavelength used and the size of the map obtained in case of each sample.
