説明
Body weight, feed intake and NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) parameters, hepatic functional parameters, and blood plasma AST, ALT, and ALP activity, blood plasma parameters in rats fed experimental diets. Hepatic mRNA expression of selected factors, and inflammatory cytokines in the liver of rats fed experimental diets. The in vivo experiment was performed using 84 outbred male Wistar rats fed a standard low-fat or high-fat/low-fiber (obesogenic) semi-purified rat diet without or with the dietary addition of two chromium (nanoparticles and picolinate; Cr-NP and Cr-Pic, respectively) forms.
