DESY-HERA. Measurement of the inclusive single and double differential cross sections for neutral and charged current processes in interactions of 27.6 GeVpositrons with 920 GeV protons, corresponding to a centre of mass energy of 319 GeV. The data were taken during the 1999 and 2000 running periods and have an i ntegrated luminosity of 65.2 pb-1. The data cover the Q**& apos; range between 100 and30000 GeV**2 and Bjorken X between 0.0013 and 0.65. Using this new E+ P data to gether with previos H1 E+ P and E- P data allows the determination of FL and XF3.. Part 2 of this record contains the breakdown of the systematic errors and corrections. DESY-HERA. This record contains the tables of systematic errors and corrections for the measurement of the inclusive single and double differential cross sections reported in DESY-03-038.. The type of errors and corrections are as follows:. Kcor: correction according to the SM expectation. DEL(QED,CC): the correction for QED radiative effects. dstat: statistical error. dsys: systematic error. dunc: uncorrelated systematic error. dcor: correalted systematic error. dtot: total error. dE_unc: uncorrelated electron energy systematic error. dh_unc: uncorrelated hadronic energy systematic error. Correlated systematc errors for a postive variation of one standard deviation of:. dE+_cor: the electron energy error. dTh+_cor: the polar electron angle error. dh+_cor: the hadronic energy error. dN+_cor: the error due to noise subtraction. dB+_cor: the error due to background subtraction. dV+_cor: the error due to the cuts against photoproduction.
