Research Abstract
炎症はほとんどの病態に先行あるいは付随する免疫応答であり、それを制御することで多くの疾患の治療に繋げることが可能である。本研究ではタンパク質工学を駆使することによって機能性バイオナノカプセルを作製し、免疫系の暴走によって引き起こされる過剰な炎症反応（サイトカインストーム）の起点となるインフラマソームの可視化とその制御をめざす。
