Research Abstract

本提案は鉛フリーペロブスカイト（PVK）光電変換素子の高効率化に関する基礎研究である。これまでの報告ではSn-PVKの効率は10%程度と低く、結晶中に存在する欠陥が高効率化のための足かせとなっていた。我々は計算科学と先端計測により結晶中の欠陥、それに伴う局所歪みの詳細を明らかにする。目標達成のため、世界を先導する電子顕微鏡センターを有するアントワープ大学との国際共同研究者チームを形成する。
