Research Abstract

チェンマイ（CM)日本語学校は、ボルネオ・カンパニー（BC）内にあり、BCのオーナー菩提寺ワット・ゲート（WG)内博物館に日本の古い本や資料が残されていた。これらをCM大学日本語科の学生を動員し整理・保存し、戦後失われた日本側の資料提供へ貢献する。 コタバルは、日本軍占領後は他のマレーと同様日本語教育が行われたが、タイへの割譲後、他のマレーとは異なった日本語教育が行われ、どう変化したか調査する。諜報工作拠点のソンクラーについては、日本語教育について調査し、コタバルとソンクラーの諜報工作につなげる。 これらをタイとコタバルの研究協力者や学生と共に行い、日本語教育史の共有に寄与する。
