Research Abstract
本研究では、“腸内細菌－脳－腸相関”の機能異常が関与している疾患として神経性やせ症(anorexia nervosa: 以下ANと略)に注目し、その病態解明と新しい治療法の開発を目的とする。 それを実現するために、AN型人工菌叢マウスによる動物実験と単一細胞RNAシークエンス解析（single-cell RNA-sequencing: scRNA-seq）を行う。また、AN患者におけるグリア様細胞の特徴を明らかにするため、末梢単球由来の誘導ミクログリア（iMG）を作製し、その表現型を健常女性由来のiMGと比較するとともに、治療前後における変化を検討する。
