Research Abstract
保健や福祉の現場において、心身機能を維持・向上するための様々な集団指導・支援が盛んに進められています。本研究では、各々の取り組みの有効性を、主催者自身が客観的に検証できる指針を検討します。それらの指針は現場で無理なく導入できる内容とする一方、科学的検証が担保される仕組みを設けます。指針の提案により、PDCAサイクル（計画-実行-評価-改善）のCHECK（評価）が適切に行えることが期待されます。
