Research Abstract

p65の脱アミド化部位(N64D, N139D)を特異的に認識する抗体を作製し、口腔扁平上皮癌患者の病理組織切片を用いて、CADと脱アミド化p65の局在を比較解析し、臨床病理学的検討を行う。野生型および脱アミド化p65変異体を発現する細胞株を樹立し、脱アミド化依存性の遺伝子発現をRNA-seq法で網羅的に解析する。さらに、我々が確立したは顎骨浸潤モデル、および肺転移モデルを用いて、p65の脱アミド化による浸潤と転移における役割を解析する。
