Research Abstract

本研究では不揮発性トンネルFET(Field Effect Transistor: 電界効果トランジスタ)メモリ素子を有するSNN(スパイキングニューラルネットワーク)回路を構築することを目的として研究を遂行する。不揮発性トンネルFETメモリは大容量化と省電力化に優れており、大規模かつ消費電力の低いSNNの実現が期待できる。本研究では国際共同研究により研究代表者の開発した不揮発性トンネルFETメモリによるSNNの実現を目指す。
