Research Abstract

1. 世界初のCHOL代謝改善ペプチド(ラクトスタチン:IIAEK)の新規生体受容機構として、ラクトスタチン受容体である腸アルカリ性ホスファターゼ(IAP)媒介型新規CHOL代謝調節系を解明する。2. 世界初のCHOL代謝改善ジペプチドFPの生体受容機構である腸ペプチド輸送担体(PepT1)の関与する新規CHOL吸収調節系やPPARα媒介型新規CHOL代謝調節系を解明する。3. 世界初のCHOL代謝改善・抗肥満トリペプチド(RPR)の作用機構を解明する。4. 人工知能(AI)などによるIAPやPPARαと親和性を有する新規ペプチド探索評価法や活性ペプチドの新規予測法を創成する。
