Research Abstract
本研究では、TNT前とTNT後のリキッドバイオプシーのデータ、RAS/BRAFの遺伝子変異とMicro satellite instability（MSI）のステータスは既に収集済みであり、CT画像・MRI画像・病理組織（HE標本）のデータ集積は、既に開始されている。臨床試験で前向きに収集したTNT治療前後のCT画像・MRI画像・病理組織画像・リキッドバイオプシー・がん遺伝子プロファイリングを集積し、データベースを構築後、TNT治療前後の時空間的（Spatiotemporally）解析を行い、multi-omicsを用いてｃCRになりやすい直腸癌を抽出しTNTに対する効果を予測するAIモデルを構築する。
