Research Abstract
令和元年台風19号及び台風21号（低気圧）による広域災害の被害状況・メカニズムの全容を明らかにするための調査研究を行う．ここでは，①台風・低気圧による豪雨・流出現象の気象学的解明，②広域にわたる洪水氾濫災害を引き起こしたメカニズムの解明，③多発した土砂災害・土構造物破壊におけるメカニズムの解明，④強風や高潮による被害実態の解明，⑤住民の避難行動の実態と防災情報の伝達状況の把握，の5つのテーマに焦点を絞って研究を行う．
