Research Abstract
本研究の目的は、スペクトラルCTを用いて低前処置で高い診断精度を得る大腸CTの条件を構築することである。 対象症例は当施設のスペクトラルCTを用いて大腸CTを行った症例で、目標症例数は150例とする。において後方視的検討を行う。 通常の大腸CTの他にヨード密度強調画像・実効原子番号画像で病変検出の評価を行い、病変検出の感度・特異度を含む診断能を算出し、上乗せ効果の有無および程度を検討する。
