Research Abstract
シティズンシップ教育は、学校において模擬的に社会問題を考えさせる授業（バーチャル）を通じて、実社会（リアル）における市民を育てようとするものである。そして、この「バーチャル」と「リアル」の関係は、昨今のオンライン授業の導入により、ますます複雑化してきた。オンラインの活用は、学外の多様な人材や海外の当事者を教室の画面に招待し、リアルな議論をすることも可能とさせた。その反面、これらは学校の機能の放棄であり、目前の地域問題から目を逸らすことになるとの意見もある。本研究は、「バーチャル」と「リアル」の関係について意見が対立する二つの軸で議論を深め、オンライン時代の市民の育成について論じるものである。
