Research Abstract
本研究では，喫緊の国家的課題である地域在住高齢者における介護予防の進展に向け，福岡県糟屋郡篠栗町在住の前期高齢者を対象とする観察疫学研究を実施し，身体的・心理的・社会的要因など複合因子から成る要介護化リスクを包括的・体系的に評価してその実態を検討します。また，その上で3年間の追跡調査を実施し，複合因子から成る要介護化リスクと要介護認定などのアウトカムとの関連を検討します。
