Research Abstract
細穴内面のプラズマ表面加工を対象として，①ガス枯渇による不均一分布を回避するためのパルスプラズマのON時間とOFF時間が，高速度カメラによる発光観察に基づいて自動決定されること，②膜質最適化のために選定される他の実験パラメータは，機械学習による予測モデルを使うことで効率的に決定されること，を実証する．また，そのようなアルゴリズムを備えたスマートな細穴内面プラズマ表面加工装置を具現化する．
