Research Abstract

ICOSLGはその賦活化により高い抗腫瘍効果を発揮することから大腸がんに於いてもmiR155のICOSLG抑制により悪性化を促進するがん微小環境構築機構の理解を深めmiR155の治療標的としての意義を明らかにする。 【１】大腸がん臨床凍結検体(5例)についてmiR155 In-Situ-Hybridizationおよび隣接凍結切片のシングルセルRNA＋VISIUM解析を実施する。 【２】マウス大腸癌株化細胞(CT26)にmiR-155KO株(および導入株)を作成しアログラフトモデルを作成。腫瘍増殖能の抑制(亢進)を確認する。
