Description

The issue of fairness is becoming increasingly prominent in industrial organizations in China. People are not only concerned about outcome-oriented justice but also about justice in interpersonal relationships. Since the 1990s, theorists have been studying justice from a third approach, namely, ethical and moral justice. This paper integrates the three approaches mentioned above from the recipients' perspective, by using the ERG theory, and argues that the desire to satisfy one's needs supplies the motive behind justice concern. In addition, this paper presents a Justice Concern Model for individuals with different needs.
