抄録

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the principle of how to compose active experiences concerning the gathering, cultivating, breeding and fishing of provisions for environmental education. Selecting 26 teaching cases at Japanese kindergartens and primary schools the author first checked their materials (i. e. grasses, nuts, fruit, fish, animals and others) Secondly he checked their acivity and process for provisions. The results are as fallows : (1) In Japan a lot of teachers executed by leading children's various active experiences concerning provisions in environmental fields , life-environmental studies, and integrative studies (2) How ever, the author confirmed few cases of primitive experiences. He supposes the reason why is few teachers recognize the value of primitive experiences.
