Description

Special subject morality(Moral Period)was positioned in the elementary school curriculum, and classes using textbooks began in 2018. In this study, the characteristics of teaching materials before and after 2018 were compared. As a result, the prejudice toward ‘public morality' that had existed before the curriculum was eliminated. It became clear that the “laws and rules” taken up in the teaching materials are diverse in terms of “scale of society/group” and degree of “explicit as rules”.
