<jats:p>In this contribution we show that 5-caffeoyl quinic acid reduces the affinity of the Coronavirus 2 Spike protein to the human ACE-2 receptor promising dietary prevention or slow-down of the SARS-CoC-2 pandemic.</jats:p>
