Multiple bone and lung metastasis necessifafing submandibullar sialoadenectomy and right-neck dissection. Skin metastasis was found four months later. Histologically, this tumor was diagnosied as salivary duct carcinoma based on the presence of comedo necrosis. The man is well and metastasis-free, 8 months after surgery.<br>
