Description

間質性肺炎の終末期には合併症や呼吸困難への対応，人工呼吸器装着の可否など多くの問題点を抱えている．最近，NPPVを急性呼吸不全時に挿管までの橋渡しとして一時的に使用したり，終末期呼吸不全に対してNPPVを限度として，慎重な観察下での導入は許容範囲とされつつある．また，終末期の呼吸困難の緩和にモルヒネの有効性が注目されている．今後，終末期医療の決定に関するガイドラインに示された「医療・ケアチーム」による治療方針の決定が望まれる．
