Abstract
In our successive reports, we proposed a new model of visual space transfer function F(1), and we applied this model for Muller-Lyre's illusional value by using the Thurston's paired comparison scale. As a result, the relation between theory and experiment showed very high consistency. In this report, applying this F(1) model, we try the height illusion of the cable-stayed bridge tower which combined two kind of illusion that are the Muller-Lyre's illusion and the horizontal / vertical line's illusion. Both the experimental and theoretical results of the height illusion of tower show about 10% over estimated. In this figure, experiment and the theory values found with the F (1) model show high consistency.
