<p>This paper discusses the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on organization and communication. The optimum condition of communication—i.e., quantity, quality and networking, including nonverbal elements—depends heavily on the situations, such as work, people and business environment. This is why the universal remedy for good organizational communication is not available. AI has the potential to provide systematic and customized solutions to this complex problem for each organization from accumulated data. We have discovered that the collective happiness of employees, which is strongly correlated to their productivity, is quantifiable from the motion signals from their wearable sensors. This allows AI to configure optimum communication for happiness and productivity in organizations. In this paper, state-of-the-art AI technology is introduced, followed by arguments about its impact on the organizational revitalization and communication.</p>
