Description

For automatically controlling blind, it is important to judge whether shadings are necessary of not. The purpose of this study is to develop a simplified method to judge direct sun condition by using the image of luminance distribution of the celestial hemisphere. The method reduces number of the picture with different shutter speed and it uses RGB value instead of luminance to find the existence of the cloud.
