Description

Of information communalization, communication increase as for these actions more than expected, and making progress motivation improvement was visible, and was able to show an effect. I think that the share of the leader may happen by continuing being active as the reason why these effects are provided. I consider what changed why an action was able to show these effects in the text and want to speak a point and the mental attitude of the leader to let an action succeed.
