Abstract

In our Faculty of Science and Technology, we have set up an experiential educational support center so that students are able to recognize the significance of their learning, receive specialized education for motivation and a sense of purpose, and conduct multi-themed projects with the aim of fostering social skills, hometown pride, and societal contribution through connections with businesses. This report summarizes the overall development of non-alcoholic wine made by the Faculty of the Life Science Group of the Department of Nanomaterial Engineering and the students of the Nanomaterial Engineering Department. Many students have participated from the initial stages in planning, organoleptic tests (tasting events), surveys, basic academic experiments, formulation experiments and so on, and went on to develop a unique non-alcohol wine. In addition, unlike the existing methods, its production method is characterized by the alcohol content that does not exceed 0.5% throughout the whole culture. In addition, we are introducing new technologies, such as using powdered mulberry and or olive leaves, and incorporating it with ultra-fine grinding technology. And, we would like to report here about the fact that, it is linked to actually sales as a result from the above findings and, that developmental research is still continuing now.
