Description

<p>Gut microbiota plays an important role not in gut disorders but also systemic disorders such as diabetes. There are variety of methods for analyzing gut microbiota; from traditional culture method to metagenome analysis.</p><p>Metagenome analysis, especially 16S rRNA metagenomic analysis is getting popular in this research fields during this decade. In this review, basic analytical flow of 16S rRNA metagenomic analysis is described for beginners in this research filed. The way how to interpret the results of 16S rRNA metagenomic analysis is also described.</p>
