<p>The purpose of this paper is to introduce what kind of data has been collected and analyzed in recent academic researches on “organizational consumer communication” which is becoming an important part of business. The analysis methods can be organized into the following three categories: 1) text analysis, 2) behavioral data analysis and 3) questionnaire survey analysis. Furthermore, each analysis is categorized as “specific data collection and analysis methods,”“ what the method can reveal” and“ suitable topics.”</p>
