FD推進センターから２年目の助成を受け、キャリアデザイン学部で2012年度から試行されている「地域学習支援士」の養成の実施過程の検証と課題整理をおこなった。全国各地の取り組みの中でどのような専門性が求められているのか、地域事例を視察し、地域コーディネーターの役割に注目した。学部学生の参加意欲が高まっており、今後にむけて実習計画やeポートフォリオの活用について改善をはかり、定着させていく必要がある。
