Description
Since the taxi which is one of the service industries which meet with a touristʼs beginning has a near distance with a user, it can also be said to be the symbol which determines the first impression of those who live there, or a town. Moreover, a service industry does not lead to the repeater creation to a tourist resort with reception as a user indicates an unpleasant attitude to be. Therefore, for the tourist industry development in a future stricken area, a reception of a taxi becomes important. The questionnaire was performed and correlation was taken out with main enumeration for whether it relates to the degree of satisfaction deeply by action in cab service from the both sides of a taxi user and a driver by Chi-square test. Moreover, the driver service for which a user asks was able to obtain the result that it was an item made poor at a driver by investigation from the correlation. It is because it cannot satisfy the needs which the user is searching for in a driver that whose reputation of the taxi in Miyagi Prefecture is not good as a result.
