Abstract
In this study, we create a dice game of “The Goal” using Unity, with the aim of helping beginners learn the basics of production management. A factory that has a good balance between the market demand and the production capacity of each resource is not an ideal factory. This is because inventory accumulates and the production volume decreases. In order to confirm this fact by playing a game, we create a system model of a well-balanced factory as a dice game using Unity. In this system, the accumulation of inventory and the transition of the production volume are visualized as a graph, and the production volume can be checked.
