Tourism, dining, and travel have always benefited from technology. The pandemic has forced many companies and customers to rethink hospitality and its operations. This study reviews innovative high-tech hotel management services that promote responsible and sustainable hospitality. A fifteen-year review examined study methods, technology advances, and points of view. The findings bode well for hotel management technology and research. After a content analysis, it is found that the hotel uses cutting-edge technology to run its restaurant, lobby, concierge, guest feedback, and room services. Although cutting-edge technology has benefits, the writers find that implementing digital technologies is tough. The benefits include guest enjoyment, safety, and environmental protection. The proposed research only considered works published in journals indexed with reliable sources.
