Description
This paper based on literature survey aims to make clear the management condition and acquisition strategy for Haneda Anamori beach facility which Keihin Electric Rail continued to developed, managed operated, and owned from the late Meiji era until the early Showa era. As a result of the analysis, the Keihin Electric Railway has repeatedly tried and errored to operate, maintained the beach bath continuously for more than 30 years, entertained many guests, and played a major role in establishing a sea bathing culture as a part of the common people's holiday. In addition, it turned out that the facilities were gradually refined by the acquisition strategy that considered women and children of the new society so that they could enjoy it.
