- 高度下眼瞼外反症の手術経験

われわれはこれまで，下眼瞼外反症に対して，ナイロン糸を用いてanchor sutureで外側眼窩骨膜に直接外嘴靱帯を固定する方法を行ってきた。この方法は下眼瞼の瘢痕拘縮や重力により，眼窩外側壁の骨膜が裂けるため，時間経過とともに，吊り上げ効果の減弱をきたし，外反の再発をきたしやすい傾向にあった。今回，非常に稀な高度両側下眼瞼外反症に対して，Kuhnt-Szymanowiski変法および，瞼板と眼窩外側骨をナイロン糸で固定する方法で手術を行い，良好な結果が得られた。本術式は高度下眼瞼外反症に対して有用であると思われた。
