Abstract

Deserts occupy 25% of the land on the earth. There are desert at inland and near sea coast. This paper is a research of the method of rainmaking in the desert near sea coast. The method floats black material on sea surface near the desert,. The material obstructs the reflection of sunlight in the surface of the sea and infiltration into the deep-sea, and absorbs 100% of sunlight comes on the sea surface. The black material can be expected to make the steam group on the sea surface by increasing the evaporation of seawater than the material is not existing. Then, black material is spread in the desert and the reflection of the sunlight is obstructed. The temperature of ground can be expected to rise more than black material is not existing. Then the temperature of ground rises, air on the ground becomes a high temperature, lightens, and the vertical upstream is generated. The steam group on the sea surface is drawn in to the stream, and it rises high up in the sky. The steam group in the low-pressure upper sky can be expected to fall in temperature by adiabatic expansion, to generate the cloud, and to rain.
