Description
This study reports the results of a questionnaire directed at the child-care workers in Chiba City, to find the educational benefits of multiage classroom. Chiba City has been offering multiage classrooms for the past thirty years. As a result, the child-care workers found the educational significance pointed out in the earlier literature. At the same time, many workers experienced difficulties in these classrooms, which agree with the matter of guideline for child-care to improve its quality.
